Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
At PhotoBookx, every photobook is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate your unique journeys and memories. Because each book is made with personal intention and cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.
No Return & No Refund Policy
- Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for refused deliveries or non-acceptance of prepaid orders.
Prepaid Orders & Shipping Responsibility
For prepaid orders, PhotoBookx offers complimentary delivery to customers. The shipping charges are paid by us directly to delivery partners.
In the event that a prepaid order is refused, rejected, unavailable for delivery, or marked undelivered after delivery attempts, the shipment is classified as RTO (Return to Origin). Delivery partners attempt delivery up to three (3) times before marking an order as RTO.
Once an order becomes RTO, PhotoBookx is required to bear both forward and reverse shipping charges. These charges are paid by us directly to the shipping company. We can absorb such costs only once per order.
Re-shipping of Returned (RTO) Orders
If your order is returned to us due to refusal, non-acceptance, or delivery failure, no refund will be provided as per our no-refund policy once an order has been dispatched.
If you wish to have the returned product shipped again, you may contact us. We will share an estimate of applicable shipping charges. Upon receipt of the shipping payment, we will re-dispatch the order.
Please note: If the order is refused or returned again after re-dispatch, PhotoBookx will not process a third shipment. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery by emailing us with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or defect claims. The video must clearly show:
- The sealed outer packaging before opening.
- The shipping label clearly visible on the package.
- The complete opening process without cuts or edits.
- The condition of the product immediately after it is removed from the box.
This documentation is required to enable us to investigate the issue with our delivery partners and printing vendors. Claims submitted without a clear and continuous unboxing video may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Jurisdiction
All legal disputes, claims, or matters arising out of purchases made from PhotoBookx shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
